Central Park Towers is Orbi’s first non-coastal flagship in Tbilisi, at 22 Kazbegi Ave 200 m from Central Park: two 42-storey towers on a 7-storey podium, 1,150 units, 140,000 m². $500M investment; 4,000-seat event hall, mall, spa, casino, offices, 400-car parking. Deadline extended — in Apr 2026 the company sought a 36-month postponement (price: market 2026-09).
