The building is based on reinforced concrete frame construction, a technology proven through decades of reliable use. The flat roof is equipped with an organized drainage system designed to perform efficiently under varying weather conditions and heavy rainfall. AX Residence is distinguished by its bold and unconventional silhouette. The composition consists of two main volumes: a solid, grounded lower block that visually functions as a foundation, and a pronounced horizontal upper volume that extends far beyond the base. This design creates a sense of motion and visual lightness, giving the impression that the upper structure is floating above the site.
