1. General information
The platform is operated by SIVRCE GE REALTY LLC (შპს სივრცე ჯი რეალთი), identification code 402379993. Registered 23 September 2026 with the National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia. sivrce respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it to improve the platform.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to run the service: search queries, contact details you give us directly (name, email, phone), and technical information about your device and browser.
3. How data is used
Collected data is used to refine search results, deliver notifications, prevent fraud, and run statistical analysis of the platform. Processing rests on: providing the service, your consent, our legitimate interest in operating the platform, and legal obligations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data sharing
Your contact information reaches a seller or agent only on your initiative — when you send a message or book a tour yourself. When you apply for a job, your details and CV go only to that job's employer; the CV is never published and only the employer can open it. Analytics and ad measurement load only after your consent and use pseudonymous identifiers (e.g. a randomly generated analytics ID); that data is never sold. With consent, conversion and attribution signals may be sent to Google (GA4 / Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) so we can measure ad performance — we do not ourselves merge that data into third-party advertising profiles. The same consent also loads the TOP.GE visit counter (counter.top.ge).
6. Browser extension
The Sivrce browser extension (Chrome, Edge) does nothing until you click it or pick it from the right-click menu, and then only on that tab. It sends Sivrce only what you chose to import: the page address and the ad’s details or text, or the ad links on a list page. Words you type after sv in the address bar go to Sivrce search. The extension has no access to other sites, runs nothing in the background, keeps no history and stores nothing in your browser. Sivrce uses that content only to prepare a listing draft in your account; the ad text may be read by our AI provider (Google) to fill the form. Nothing is published until you check the draft and publish it yourself, and no photos are copied. Of each import we keep only the source site and the outcome.
7. Storage and protection
Data is stored over encrypted channels and on secured servers. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Deleting it in Settings erases your profile, saved searches, notifications, push devices and chat messages and withdraws your listings; records we must keep for accounting remain without contact details. Complaint reporter email and IP: 90 days. A CV sent with a job application: 180 days. Activity log behind recommendations: 180 days. Read notifications: 180 days. Unsubscribed alert addresses: 30 days. Guest contact on finished tours and stays: 24 months. Buyer contact on inquiries: 24 months; dormant CRM-lead contact: 24 months after the last activity. Listings are kept until you remove them and consent-gated analytics until you withdraw consent; anything the law requires us to keep is kept for the statutory period.
8. Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, deletion, or blocking of your personal data, and opt out of marketing messages at any time. You can download your data and delete your account yourself in Settings; for any other request, write to hi@sivrce.ge. Under Georgian law you may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge).
