Gonio

Gonio is a coastal settlement 15 minutes south of Batumi, built around the Roman fortress of Apsaros: Batumi's fastest-growing residential coastline, within Khelvachauri Municipality.

Market: new resort-residential complexes and villas. Prices are competitive compared with Batumi's New Boulevard, with more tranquillity and a wider beach. Demand is reinforced by buyers relocating from Batumi and by foreign buyers.

Location: 15–20 minutes to central Batumi and about 10–15 to the airport, with the Sarpi border a few kilometres away. Thanks to Batumi, the season covers much of the year.

Before buying, verify the building permit and the distance to the sea, as coastal zone rules change and completion dates vary between complexes. On sivrce, Gonio appears as a separate town under the Adjara filter.
