The catalog covers 2,215 projects by 1,051 developers. 1167 projects were added in the last 30 days; 387 deliver in 2026. Every figure is computed from the live catalog and links to the project page carrying its source and check date.

Store profiles in the materials hub are being verified against each store's official site: address, phone and opening hours are recorded straight from the source, with the check date. The same change drops invented trust signals — an unverified row shows no verification status, package or service list; an empty field means "not verified yet".
ProjectThe National Agency of Public Registry is updating the unified registry of certified land surveyors. Property title verification by cadastral code, registry extracts and utility subscriber transfers are centralized in the Sivrce services hub.
