Subtropic City in Batumi is located about 100 meters from the sea at Sheriff Khimshiashvili street No 1. - one of the most prestigious areas of the city. What is around? A little further is the university, the conservatory, a park, and the dolphinarium. There is a bus stop nearby and a convenient exit onto the E70 highway makes it possible to drive along the stunning coastline. What is the architectural style of Subtropic City? The residential complex is an impressive twenty -story building with a monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete. The new building has a unique facade, which was created with tinted glass.
