Where does the data come from?
Water: Georgian Water and Power (GWP) — Tbilisi, Rustavi, Mtskheta, Gardabani. Power: Energo-Pro Georgia, across its service area. Both from the operators’ public lists every 10 minutes; the street lists are the operators’ own notices, in Georgian, unedited.
Are Telasi outages listed?
